Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are performed within the stipulated deadlines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of credit portfolios, identify high‑risk accounts, and develop targeted remediation plans.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate repayment schedules and settlements.
- Coordinate closely with the Credit Risk and Sales teams to obtain necessary documentation and resolve disputes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, update the internal CRM system, and produce regular status reports for senior management.
- Analyze payment trends and provide insights that help refine the company’s credit policies and collection strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal control procedures related to debt recovery.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with industry best practices, legal updates, and negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Male candidates only, with a maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and influence borrowers.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring tools, debt collection software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to be placed at any of the following Adira Finance branch locations, based on domicile: Bandar Jaya, Baturaja, Bengkulu, Bukittinggi, Jambi, Lampung, Metro, Muara Bungo, Padang, Palembang, Pangkal Pinang, Pariaman, Pasaman, or Solok.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
