Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and generating measurable sales growth.
  • Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) including content creation, editorial calendar scheduling, community engagement, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to inform promotional tactics and product positioning.
  • Support the planning and implementation of monthly promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
  • Collaborate closely with design, copywriting, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and high‑quality creative assets.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with KOLs/influencers, tracking performance metrics and ROI for each partnership.
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints, ensuring visual and tonal consistency.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management highlighting key performance indicators, budget utilization, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital marketing technologies, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Strong creative mindset combined with analytical abilities; attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, influencer collaborations, and measurable results.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement (remote and on‑site) and flexible working hours (18:30 – 17:30).
