Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Administrator Administrasi Perkantoran dan Operasional to join our fast‑growing team. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations, supporting the marketing department with creative content, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides an excellent platform for recent graduates to develop both administrative expertise and digital media skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems both in paper and digital formats.
  • Assist senior managers with preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Handle incoming calls, visitor registration, and act as the first point of contact, projecting a polished and friendly company image.
  • Produce and edit visual content (photos and short videos) for internal use and for social‑media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Monitor and update the company’s social‑media profiles, engage with followers, and analyze basic performance metrics to support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and process purchase orders while staying within budget guidelines.
  • Support HR‑related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with staff training logistics.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, digital workflow automation, and creative campaigns that enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business Administration, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Age: Candidates preferably between 17‑25 years old; however, the position is open to all qualified applicants regardless of age.
