This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides an excellent platform for recent graduates to develop both administrative expertise and digital media skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems both in paper and digital formats.
- Assist senior managers with preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Handle incoming calls, visitor registration, and act as the first point of contact, projecting a polished and friendly company image.
- Produce and edit visual content (photos and short videos) for internal use and for social‑media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Monitor and update the company’s social‑media profiles, engage with followers, and analyze basic performance metrics to support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and process purchase orders while staying within budget guidelines.
- Support HR‑related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with staff training logistics.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, digital workflow automation, and creative campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business Administration, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Age: Candidates preferably between 17‑25 years old; however, the position is open to all qualified applicants regardless of age.
