Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Direct Sales Providers in Jakarta. This role is perfect for self‑starters who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and are eager to promote cutting‑edge wireless internet solutions under the Bnetfit brand. As a Direct Sales Provider, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our Wi‑Fi services, helping households and small businesses connect to reliable, high‑speed internet.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily attendance using the mobile timestamp application, capturing both arrival and departure photos to verify presence in the assigned sales area.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, typically between 08:30 – 17:00, while adapting to the needs of customers in various neighborhoods.
  • Travel within the designated territory on a two‑wheel motor vehicle, ensuring timely coverage of all potential leads.
  • Identify, approach, and qualify prospective customers for Bnetfit Wi‑Fi installations.
  • Demonstrate product features, explain pricing structures, and answer technical questions to persuade prospects to subscribe.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and process orders using the company’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to schedule site visits and ensure a smooth hand‑over after the sale.
  • Track sales performance daily, report achievements, and provide feedback on market trends.
  • Maintain professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand reputation during all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisors to share best practices and achieve collective targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • Age between 17 and 45 years; all genders are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently when needed.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle or scooter) for local travel.
  • Possess an Android smartphone capable of running the attendance and sales applications.
  • No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic numeracy and ability to calculate commissions and incentives accurately.
