Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic manufacturing team as Staf Produksi – Pengelola Proses Manufaktur. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting cross‑functional teams such as Customer Service and Cleaning Services. Our plant operates six days a week, providing a vibrant, fast‑paced environment where teamwork, continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic are celebrated.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production schedules, ensuring that output targets are met while adhering to safety and quality protocols.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service department to align order fulfillment with real‑time demand and resolve any production‑related inquiries.
- Perform routine equipment checks, assist with minor maintenance, and report any abnormalities to the maintenance supervisor.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including material usage, downtime, and yield reports, to support data‑driven decision making.
- Assist in the training of new helpers and cleaning staff, ensuring they understand hygiene standards and proper handling of materials.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives to boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to conduct inspections, document non‑conformities, and implement corrective actions.
- Support inventory control by tracking raw material consumption and coordinating with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
- Participate in shift handovers, providing clear communication of production status, issues, and upcoming priorities.
- Uphold company policies regarding safety, environmental stewardship, and workplace conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages; no maximum age limit.

- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates or career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic administrative skills, including record‑keeping and simple data entry.
- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with Customer Service, production staff, and cleaning personnel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and follow detailed work instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate manual tasks.
- Commitment to working the scheduled hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
