We are seeking a dedicated Ahli Quality Assurance di Bidang Pengujian Produk to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and R&D departments to implement and sustain robust quality management systems, while also serving as a key liaison with customers on technical issues and new project development.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits, prepare audit reports, and coordinate external certification audits.
- Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes, ensuring root‑cause analysis and timely resolution of non‑conformities.
- Monitor and analyze product quality data using the 7 Quality Tools (Pareto, Fishbone, Histogram, etc.) to identify trends and drive improvement projects.
- Facilitate Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor.
- Prepare and review PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation for new product launches, ensuring all customer specifications are met.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, providing technical support and timely resolutions while maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the R&D team on new product development, contributing quality insights from concept through pilot production.
- Ensure compliance with environmental (ISO 14001) and occupational health & safety (ISO 45001) standards.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality procedures, proper use of measurement equipment, and best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering or S1 in Industrial Engineering.
- Age: Up to 30 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Quality Management System or Quality Assurance, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
- Technical Knowledge:
- ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016
- ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Kaizen, TPM, 7 Quality Tools, PPAP documentation
- Core Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation
- Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality software (e.g., Minitab, QMS platforms)
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
