Introduction

This role is pivotal in ensuring that production processes meet both internal standards and external legal requirements while driving continuous improvement across the plant.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal audits of production lines, warehouses, and support areas to verify adherence to SOPs, ISO standards, and relevant governmental regulations.
- Inspect work areas, equipment, and documentation to identify non‑conformities, prepare detailed audit reports, and track corrective actions to closure.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production targets, quality levels, and on‑time delivery, providing timely feedback to line managers.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop and update inspection checklists, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Facilitate root‑cause analysis for production deviations and lead cross‑functional problem‑solving sessions.
- Train and mentor production staff on compliance best practices, emphasizing the importance of safety, quality, and ethical conduct.
- Maintain accurate records of audit findings, corrective actions, and compliance certifications for internal review and external audits.
- Support senior management in preparing regulatory submissions and ensuring the company meets all statutory obligations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, translating audit insights into actionable process enhancements.
- Serve as a liaison between production, legal, and external regulatory bodies, communicating audit results and compliance status effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Age: 21 years or older.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to production control or internal auditing.
- Demonstrated ability to control production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Proven skill in conducting area inspections and identifying production non‑conformities.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of integrity and ethical responsibility.
- Proficiency in using audit software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic data‑analysis tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet audit schedules.
