Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, including greeting, order taking, and delivering meals and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow service team members to ensure seamless operation during peak periods.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to all health regulations, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation protocols.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, process bills, and ensure correct transaction documentation.
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, arrange table settings, and restock service stations throughout the shift.
- Respond calmly and efficiently to guest complaints or special requests, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
- Assist in inventory checks and report any shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in food and beverage service within a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Open to all genders; both men and women are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Resilience and composure when working under high‑pressure situations, such as busy lunch and dinner rushes.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays or supplies as needed.
