Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Operasional Store Retail to lead day‑to‑day store activities at one of our rapidly expanding retail locations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Coordinate and schedule shift rotations, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours, weekends, and national holidays.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement action plans to achieve or exceed targets.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate store staff on customer service standards, product knowledge, and operational best practices.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are appealing, stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits of store cleanliness, safety compliance, and equipment functionality.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and coordinate promotional stock.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, issues, and recommendations.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 degree; high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent is acceptable with relevant experience.
- Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Hotel, Retail, or Food & Beverage environments.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and national holidays.
- Professional Appearance: Presentable, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and enforce standards.
