Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle and display products according to merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Promote ongoing campaigns, special offers, and new product launches to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability, assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor, including regular tidying of displays, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, processing transactions, handling cash, and issuing receipts.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the management team to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with D3 or S1 qualifications are also welcome.
- Age limit: up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Female (as specified) – candidates must meet this criterion.
- No current enrollment in any academic program; full‑time availability is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflect the brand’s image.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Positive attitude, high level of enthusiasm, and willingness to learn through on‑the‑job training.
