Introduction

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments to create seamless, memorable moments for guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome lounge guests with a warm, professional demeanor, adhering to Swissôtel’s service protocols.
- Provide personalized assistance, including check‑in/check‑out support, reservation handling, and concierge services.
- Maintain the lounge’s cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal throughout each shift.
- Prepare and serve complimentary refreshments, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and anticipate needs to exceed expectations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and security teams to guarantee smooth daily operations.
- Monitor inventory of lounge supplies, place orders when necessary, and track usage to control costs.
- Participate in regular training sessions, including Accor’s global learning programs, to continuously improve service delivery.
- Support team members during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork under pressure.
- Contribute ideas for service enhancements, sustainability initiatives, and community engagement activities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) – a diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Age: Open to all qualified candidates.
- Experience: At least 1 – 2 years in a similar hospitality role, preferably within a luxury hotel or executive lounge environment.
- Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; good English communication (spoken and written) is an advantage.
- Core Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest‑service orientation.
- Analytical sales skills to identify upselling opportunities.
- Ability to remain well‑groomed, presentable, and professional at all times.
