This role is a frontline sales position that combines direct customer interaction, market analysis, and product distribution across a designated territory. The successful candidate will act as the brand’s ambassador, driving demand for Indibiz services, building strong relationships with merchants and end‑users, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive sales activities, including prospecting, cold‑calling, and on‑site visits to potential and existing customers within the assigned channel area.
  • Perform market surveys to identify new business opportunities, assess competitor activity, and gather feedback on product performance.
  • Collect, register, and distribute Indibiz Telkom products and services, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, using a CRM system to track interactions, follow‑ups, and sales outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms while adhering to company policies and profitability guidelines.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value proposition of Indibiz solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting performance metrics to the regional sales manager.
  • Provide after‑sales support, resolve customer inquiries, and facilitate service activation to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—marketing, operations, and technical support—to address market challenges and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, representing Telkom’s brand standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in field sales, retail distribution, or related customer‑facing roles.
  • Possession of a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C for transportation within the territory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Good understanding of telecommunications products and the ability to learn Indibiz service details rapidly.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Physical and mental resilience to work long hours, often on the road, in varying weather conditions.
  • Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
