Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. The successful candidate will serve as the central hub for daily warehouse activities, ensuring that inbound and outbound processes run smoothly, inventory accuracy is maintained, and safety standards are consistently met. This role is critical in supporting our supply‑chain efficiency and delivering exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout, material handling equipment, and workflow to improve space utilization and reduce handling time.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and lead safety briefings for staff.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities, continuously seeking process improvements.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team environment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering key metrics such as order fulfillment rate, accuracy, and turnaround time.
- Handle escalations and work under pressure to meet tight delivery schedules, especially during peak seasons.
- Coordinate with external logistics partners, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost‑effective transportation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus.

- Prior experience in warehouse operations or a similar coordinating role (0+ years accepted, but relevant experience strongly preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility; able to handle confidential inventory data.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with inventory management software, basic Excel proficiency, and an understanding of raw material procurement processes.
- Physical ability to perform occasional manual handling tasks and conduct regular inspections of the warehouse floor.
