Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Collector Cabang Ciawi – Penagihan Kredit to join our growing credit recovery team. Based in Ciawi, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining healthy portfolio performance by ensuring timely repayment of outstanding loan installments. This position offers a dynamic work environment where strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to build and preserve positive relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to borrowers who are delinquent on their credit installments, using phone calls, SMS, email, and in‑person visits.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while negotiating repayment plans that align with both the bank’s policies and the borrower’s financial capacity.
- Prepare detailed field visit reports, documenting contact attempts, borrower responses, and agreed‑upon payment schedules.
- Educate borrowers on the importance of credit compliance, the consequences of continued default, and available assistance programs.
- Collaborate closely with the branch’s loan officers, risk analysts, and legal department to flag high‑risk accounts and initiate escalation procedures when necessary.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets, adjusting strategies to achieve or exceed set goals.
- Update the internal CRM system accurately to reflect the latest status of each account, ensuring data integrity for reporting and audit purposes.
- Participate in regular training sessions on regulatory changes, negotiation techniques, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Education: Minimum D3/SL from any discipline; SMA/SMK/Sederajat also acceptable.
- Experience: Prior experience in banking marketing, credit collection, or related financial services is highly preferred.
- Core Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse customers.
- High degree of honesty, responsibility, and target‑orientation.
- Legal: Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C/A) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
