To support our expanding network of outlets, we are seeking a dedicated Staff Operasional Pengendalian Proses dan Logistik to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring daily store operations run smoothly, from inventory management to cash handling, while delivering an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of the store, ensuring all processes align with company standards.
- Provide friendly, courteous service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, accurately processing cash and non‑cash transactions.
- Prepare and apply donut toppings according to established quality guidelines, maintaining visual and taste consistency.
- Assemble and pack customer orders for dine‑in, takeaway, or delivery, guaranteeing correct items and presentation.
- Conduct regular stock checks, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with the logistics team to replenish donut supplies and packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to hygiene regulations and internal cleanliness protocols.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts, training new hires on operational procedures, and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
- Generate daily operational reports, highlighting sales performance, inventory discrepancies, and any incidents that require management attention.
- Participate in periodic audits and implement corrective actions to continuously improve store efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail, food service, or a related operational role.
- Key Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic arithmetic and cash‑handling proficiency.
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Teamwork, flexibility, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Availability to work the scheduled shift of 08:00 – 17:00, with potential for weekend or holiday coverage as needed.
