We are seeking a talented Editor Video Profesional dengan Pengalaman Produksi Konten to join our dynamic creative studio. This role is centered on producing high‑quality visual content for dance performances, ranging from solo showcases to full‑group productions. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on photographer‑videographer with a solid track record of at least three years, a passion for storytelling through motion, and a collaborative mindset that thrives in a fast‑paced, late‑night production environment (Monday‑Saturday, 18:00‑02:00).
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit video footage for dance projects, ensuring each piece captures the energy and emotion of the performers.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards in partnership with choreographers, dancers, and the content team.
- Operate a variety of camera systems, lighting rigs, and audio equipment to achieve cinematic quality.
- Perform post‑production tasks including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery formats for social media, web, and broadcast.
- Maintain an organized media library, label raw footage, and back‑up files to protect valuable assets.
- Collaborate closely with other editors, graphic designers, and marketing specialists to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Adapt quickly to schedule changes, work flexible hours, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Continuously research emerging video trends, editing software updates, and new filming techniques to keep the studio’s output fresh and competitive.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and creative experimentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent (high school diploma).
- Age limit: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in photography and video production, preferably within the entertainment or performing‑arts sector.
- Proficient in operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema‑grade cameras and comfortable with manual exposure settings.
- Advanced skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and photo editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong visual storytelling ability, with an eye for composition, lighting, and motion.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with dancers, choreographers, and production staff.
- Creative, innovative, and proactive attitude; able to generate fresh ideas and take initiative on projects.
- Team‑player mindset with proven ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
