This role focuses on promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of internet solutions, ranging from traditional broadband to cutting‑edge fiber‑optic and 4G/5G services. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for technology, helping both residential and business customers find the perfect connectivity package for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell various internet service packages—including broadband, fiber optic, and 4G/5G—to new prospects and existing customers.
- Assess client requirements and design tailored internet solutions that align with their personal or corporate objectives.
- Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of all product offerings, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns to articulate benefits effectively.
- Educate customers on service features, performance metrics, and value‑added benefits such as security suites, cloud backup, and premium support.
- Generate leads through multiple channels: cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, participation in local events, and door‑to‑door visits.
- Demonstrate persuasive selling techniques, handling objections professionally and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Collaborate with technical and customer‑service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post‑sale support.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep the sales approach competitive.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Age limit: 30 years old or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess network requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as the role operates Monday through Sunday, 08:00‑17:00.
