Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team covering the Wilayah Slawi & Tegal region. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our customers both online and offline, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and aligned with our company’s commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will work from our office, engage with customers via chat, phone, and face‑to‑face, and play a crucial part in converting inquiries into successful transactions.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through chat, phone, email, and in‑person visits, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Proactively reach out to prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.
- Assist customers in completing transactions, guiding them through product selection, pricing, and payment processes to achieve daily sales targets.
- Perform after‑sales follow‑up calls and messages to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on promotional campaigns, product launches, and feedback loops.
- Identify recurring issues or trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00) and maintain a professional appearance when interacting with clients at the office.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, with a friendly and courteous tone.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle high‑volume interactions.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and basic graphic‑editing software for content upload.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers.
- Reliable computer skills, including familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and internet research.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays and adapt to peak periods of customer activity.
