Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Agent Visiting & Carrying (Collection) to join our team in Binjai. In this role you will act as the frontline representative of our Indihome service, visiting customers, providing product education, and ensuring timely payment collections. This position offers a dynamic work environment where strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
- Receive monthly customer assignment lists from the Central Tracking Branch (CTB) and plan efficient visitation routes.
- Register each visit in the My Vista mobile application, updating status and notes in real time.
- Conduct on‑site visits to residential and small‑business customers, confirming identity and service eligibility.
- Explain Indihome service usage, billing cycles, and payment options clearly and professionally.
- Collect outstanding payments, issue receipts, and record transaction details accurately.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Escalate any service issues or payment disputes to the regional support team following established protocols.
- Maintain a daily activity log, submit completed reports to the supervisor, and ensure data integrity in the CRM system.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on new Indihome features, promotional offers, and collection best practices.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours (08:00 – 17:00) and follow safety guidelines while on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Proficiency in operating Android devices and navigating mobile applications.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Highly detail‑oriented, honest, and accountable with a proven record of reliability.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and payment reconciliation.
- Self‑motivated with good time‑management skills to meet daily visitation targets.
