The successful candidate will join one of our dynamic branches—Muara Karang, Green Ville, or Gading Serpong—and will work full‑time from Monday to Saturday, 12:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare comprehensive lesson plans aligned with both national and international mathematics curricula.
- Deliver engaging and interactive mathematics instruction to SMP students, utilizing a variety of pedagogical techniques such as problem‑based learning, visual aids, and digital tools.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and examinations, and compile detailed progress reports for parents and school administrators.
- Provide individualized tutoring and remediation for students who need extra support, fostering a growth mindset and confidence in mathematical reasoning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum developers, and academic coordinators to continuously improve instructional strategies and curriculum relevance.
- Maintain open communication with parents, addressing concerns, sharing achievements, and recommending strategies for home support.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops, staff meetings, and community outreach programs to stay current with educational best practices.
- Uphold Bimbel One’s values of integrity, responsibility, and enthusiasm, serving as a role model for students.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Education (FKIP) or Mathematics.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience at the junior high school level or in a reputable tutoring center.
- Strong command of mathematical concepts, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- Capability to teach both the national curriculum and international mathematics standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: patient, empathetic, communicative, and able to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage for international curriculum delivery.
