Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contract documents tailored to client needs.
- Monitor client performance metrics, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and present findings to the account management team.
- Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities, working collaboratively with sales and marketing to achieve revenue targets.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor under pressure.
- Participate in market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Support the organization of promotional events, workshops, and client appreciation programs.
- Maintain a well‑organized filing system, both digital and physical, for all account‑related documentation.
- Continuously improve personal knowledge of the company’s products and services through training and self‑learning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
