Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Pendamping Khusus Pendidikan Inklusif to join our dynamic team of educators. This position plays a critical role in supporting students with special needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and ensuring that every child receives the personalized attention they deserve. The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and promote the holistic development of each learner.
The role is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must demonstrate strong Islamic values, a compassionate attitude toward children, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in delivering inclusive curricula tailored to diverse learning abilities.
- Develop and adapt instructional materials, ensuring accessibility for students with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges.
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed observation logs, and contribute to the preparation of IEPs.
- Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group support to reinforce concepts taught in the classroom.
- Facilitate behavioral interventions using positive reinforcement strategies and culturally appropriate approaches.
- Coordinate with parents, counselors, and external specialists to align support services and share progress reports.
- Organize and lead inclusive extracurricular activities, promoting social integration and confidence building.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate lesson plans, progress charts, and communication documents.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing classroom environment that reflects Islamic ethics.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and training sessions on special education best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Pendidikan Luar Biasa) or Psychology.
- Age between 21 and 40 years.
- Female candidates only.
- Demonstrated ability to recite the Qur’an fluently with at least 1/2 Juz memorized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Strong Islamic moral character (berakhlaq Islami), honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a genuine love for working with children.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of child development theories, inclusive teaching strategies, and behavior management techniques.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to evolving educational technologies.
