Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and online leads.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate motor vehicles and financing options.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade‑in values, and contract terms while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the service, finance, and marketing departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide after‑sales support, including follow‑up calls, warranty assistance, and scheduling service appointments.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Participate in regular product training sessions to stay updated on the latest vehicle models and technologies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates preferred, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 0 years of sales experience; prior experience in automotive sales is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Honest, responsible, and capable of building trust with customers.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to work independently when required.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
