Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated Officer Remedial to join our Bojonegoro branch in Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting the overall health of our credit portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with the Credit Management and Customer Service teams, applying strong analytical and interpersonal skills to drive collection performance while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer care.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all activities are completed within established timelines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly A/R aging reports, identifying high‑risk accounts and escalating issues to senior management as needed.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring proposals.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection actions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular performance dashboards that track key metrics such as recovery rate, days past due, and total outstanding balances.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff on effective negotiation techniques and proper documentation practices.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to share insights on borrower behavior trends and recommend improvements to the credit policy.
- Adhere to ethical standards, treating all customers with respect and fairness while safeguarding the company’s assets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial role (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection procedures, and basic financial analysis.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, at the Bojonegoro branch office.
