Introduction
Purewax Car Care, the leading provider of premium automotive care products in Indonesia, is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our dynamic promotional team as Staff Promotion (SPG/SPB). In this role, you will become the friendly face of our brand, representing our top‑selling car and motorcycle care line at high‑traffic retail locations such as Shell stations, Lippo Mall, Lotte Grosir, and other major supermarkets. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for candidates who are confident, communicative, and eager to develop a career in retail marketing and brand advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers at designated booths and stands, demonstrating the features and benefits of Purewax products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, answer customer questions, and provide personalized recommendations based on vehicle type and owner needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display that aligns with Purewax brand standards.
- Collaborate with the store’s management and other promotional staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Track daily foot traffic, sales leads, and promotional material usage, reporting key metrics to the regional supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions and role‑playing exercises to sharpen sales techniques.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking promotional items, and preparing the booth for the next shift.
- Represent Purewax with a professional demeanor, adhering to company policies and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑28 years old.

- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Confident, friendly appearance with a polished personal presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
