Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Penjualan (Sales Supervisor) to join our growing team in Bitung. This pivotal role will drive sales performance, mentor a team of sales representatives, and ensure that our products reach customers efficiently and with the highest level of service. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and market trends in the Bitung region.
- Monitor daily sales activities, prepare performance reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, address concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless product availability and promotional support.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
- Handle escalated client issues and negotiate contracts or terms as needed.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Work under tight deadlines and high‑pressure environments while maintaining a positive and solution‑focused attitude.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of sales staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilience and composure when working under pressure or tight deadlines.
