Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Service Crew Specialist – Customer Support & Operations to join our fast‑growing hospitality team. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every guest receives attentive, courteous, and efficient service while supporting the smooth operation of our daily activities. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, present menus, and provide detailed product knowledge to assist with selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including table setting, sanitation of utensils, and regular floor checks.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report shortages, and assist with restocking of supplies.
- Support cash handling procedures, process payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to execute promotional events, special menus, and seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product changes, safety standards, and service best practices.
- Contribute to operational efficiency by suggesting workflow improvements and participating in team briefings.
- Uphold company standards of appearance, hygiene, and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Age: 18 – 35 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Height: Minimum 160 cm for males, 155 cm for females.

- Polished and presentable appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems; prior experience in food & beverage service is advantageous.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work the scheduled shift of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
