Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrator Perwakilan Regional to join our dynamic regional marketing office. This full‑time position is based at our branch office and plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate inventory control, and reliable financial administration. Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day operational activities of the regional marketing branch, ensuring all processes run efficiently.
- Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability.
- Prepare, verify, and file financial documents such as invoices, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s accounting system and support the finance team during month‑end closing.
- Generate routine operational and financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, HR) to resolve cross‑functional issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow‑up actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial and inventory management.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and lower operational costs.
- Foster a positive work environment by communicating clearly, offering assistance to team members, and promoting teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D‑3/D‑4 in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Age: maximum 32 years.
- Zero to two years of experience in financial administration or office management (experience in a marketing or distribution setting is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00.
