Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Petugas Remedial (Penagihan) to join our collection team in Muara Bungo, Sumatera Selatan. This role is critical to maintaining the health of our loan portfolio by ensuring overdue accounts receivable (A/R) are managed efficiently and recovered in a timely manner. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external borrowers, applying strong negotiation and communication skills while adhering to the highest standards of integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of overdue collection activities, from initial contact through settlement, ensuring all actions are completed within established timelines.
- Monitor and update the A/R aging reports daily, flagging high‑risk accounts for senior review.
- Conduct outbound calls, send formal notices, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring options.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection actions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards that track key metrics such as recovery rate, days past due, and promise‑to‑pay compliance.
- Identify trends in delinquency and provide actionable recommendations to senior management for process improvements.
- Support cross‑functional projects, including the rollout of new credit policies and digital collection tools.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s brand reputation by handling all borrower interactions with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current posting requirements).
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related financial services role; experience in multi‑finance environments is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to understand multi‑finance business processes and work towards aggressive recovery targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection procedures, and interpersonal communication.
- Willingness to be placed at any of Adira Finance’s branch offices, including Bandar Jaya, Baturaja, Bengkulu, Bukittinggi, Jambi, Lampung, Metro, Muara Bungo, Padang, Palembang, Pangkal Pinang, Pariaman, Pasaman, and Solok, based on domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
