Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and results‑driven Account Officer – Penagihan to join our multifinance team in Situbondo, Jawa Timur. This position plays a critical role in managing overdue receivables (A/R) and ensuring cash flow stability for the organization. Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable that are overdue between 61 and 120 days, ensuring timely collection and accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular follow‑up calls and visits to clients, employing effective negotiation techniques to resolve payment disputes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly aging reports, highlighting risk exposures and recommending corrective actions to senior management.
- Collaborate with the credit and underwriting departments to verify customer creditworthiness and update credit limits as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all collection activities in the company’s ERP system, guaranteeing data integrity and audit readiness.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts by providing reliable A/R projections.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to improve the overall collection process and reduce delinquency rates.
- Educate clients on payment terms, installment options, and the benefits of early settlement to foster long‑term relationships.
- Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism, seeking amicable resolutions while protecting the company’s interests.
- Support ad‑hoc projects related to credit risk analysis, policy revisions, and process automation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 (any field) – candidates with a high school (SMA/SMK) background are also considered.
- Male candidates only, age 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, debt collection, or a related financial role; fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.
- Proven understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and a trustworthy reputation.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, and debt recovery techniques.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and adapt to placement based on domicile.
- Competence with standard office software and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
