- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with inventory checks, shelf restocking, and price tag updates when the workload allows.
- Collaborate closely with sales assistants, floor staff, and store managers to resolve customer concerns quickly.
- Follow all store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and safety procedures.
- Contribute ideas for improving checkout efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements

- Age: 18‑25 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector or retail environment is preferred.
- Proficient with basic cashier systems and comfortable handling cash transactions.
