Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Pamanukan, Jawa Barat. This pivotal role supports our Business Channeling division by ensuring that every consumer order is accurately processed, verified, and communicated across multiple internal platforms. As a bridge between customers, credit assessment teams, and field operations, you will play a critical part in maintaining the smooth flow of information that enables timely credit approvals and high‑quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling sources, ensuring no request is overlooked.
- Collect, verify, and input comprehensive consumer data and financing object details into the company’s proprietary system, guaranteeing data integrity.
- Enter order information received via web portals and internal applications, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or consumer grading results, and process them in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Communicate approval status, conditions, and next steps to customers promptly, providing clear explanations and answering any questions.
- Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and track their progress to ensure timely field verification.
- Coordinate closely with the Service Hub Center (SHC) to resolve any issues related to ongoing consumer orders, facilitating smooth handovers.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, audit trails, and correspondence to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Assist in preparing daily and weekly summary reports for management review, highlighting key performance metrics and any bottlenecks.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, leveraging your frontline experience to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in credit monitoring, order processing, or related administrative functions.
- Proficiency with computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of integrity when handling confidential consumer data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact professionally with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
