Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Team Leader – Sales Area Klaten to join our rapidly expanding financial services division. This role is pivotal in building a high‑performing network of freelance sales agents who will promote our motor, automobile, and business loan products secured by vehicle titles (BPKB). The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the local market to drive sales growth and deepen our partnerships with vehicle dealers and showrooms in the Klaten region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard freelance sales partners, targeting diverse groups such as housewives, university students, and unemployed individuals looking for flexible income opportunities.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip freelancers with product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, ensuring accurate administration of transaction records, revenue reconciliation, and target tracking.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with local vehicle showrooms, dealers, and other referral channels to expand distribution reach.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas for Adira’s loan products, focusing on motor, automobile, and micro‑enterprise financing secured by BPKB.
  • Conduct market intelligence gathering to understand competitor offerings, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities within the Klaten area.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the freelance sales force.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales supervision, team leadership, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse group of freelancers.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, conduct performance analysis, and meet or exceed targets.
  • Gender‑neutral recruitment policy; all candidates are welcome.
  • Comfortable working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is advantageous.
  • Self‑starter attitude, high level of organization, and a problem‑solving mindset.
