Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, creating a positive first impression.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in‑person visits, providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Demonstrate Apple devices and accessories, explaining key features and benefits to both novice and tech‑savvy users.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest Apple product releases, software updates, and service policies.
- Record and process customer orders, returns, and warranty claims in the company’s CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary while ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Produce short video or live‑stream content for social media and promotional campaigns, showcasing product tutorials and customer testimonials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align service delivery with promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service desk area that reflects the brand’s high standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and service techniques.
Requirements
- Female candidate, maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/SEDERJAT).
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Not currently enrolled in any formal education program.
- Residency in Madiun or surrounding areas, with reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Good grasp of Apple product ecosystem, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, and related accessories.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering clear, engaging public speaking presentations.
- Highly disciplined, punctual, and able to adhere to the scheduled work hours.
- Professional appearance and grooming that aligns with brand standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common office software.
