This role is pivotal in delivering seamless dining experiences to travelers at Bandara Juanda and Tegalsari locations. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide accurate information about food and beverage options.
- Take orders efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
- Prepare and serve meals and drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Operate cash registers, process payments (cash, card, digital wallets), and issue receipts with precision.
- Reconcile daily sales reports, balance cash drawers, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations; follow sanitation protocols in line with airport regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, supervisors, and fellow team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly, offering solutions that uphold Sedati’s reputation for service excellence.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and preparing the outlet for opening and closing shifts.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in food service, hospitality, or cashier roles.

- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Key personal attributes: honesty, sociability, meticulousness, eagerness to learn, resilience, fast‑learning capability, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to be placed at either Bandara Juanda or Tegalsari locations.
- Essential skills: customer service excellence, basic accounting for cash handling, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are a plus.
