Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Operational Aviation Team as front‑line staff in a dynamic food‑and‑beverage (F&B) environment that supports airline catering and airport hospitality services. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in multiple roles—cashier, waiter, and barista—while working within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting. Candidates will be part of a collaborative team that values honesty, precision, and a strong service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy.
  • Serve guests as a waiter, ensuring timely delivery of orders, answering menu questions, and providing personalized service.
  • Prepare coffee and specialty beverages to company standards, maintaining cleanliness of the barista station.
  • Maintain inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow, ensuring that meals are prepared and presented on schedule.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper food handling, equipment cleaning, and waste management.
  • Participate in daily briefings and shift handovers, communicating any operational issues or guest feedback.
  • Support promotional activities, upselling menu items, and informing guests of special offers.
  • Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for customer interaction and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture by demonstrating teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to rotate between positions as needed.

Requirements

  • Age: 18‑28 years.
  • Gender: Female (preference for female candidates, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply).
  • Education: Open to all educational levels; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the F&B sector is highly valued, though newcomers with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
  • Key traits: Honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a rotating schedule, including Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and should not be concurrently enrolled in college or employed elsewhere.
  • Skills: Familiarity with retail management systems, basic math for cash handling, and good communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language skills are a plus).
