To keep up with growing customer demand, we are expanding our front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and detail‑oriented individuals to join us as Staf Dapur dan Pramusaji (Kitchen Staff and Waitstaff). This dual‑role position offers the chance to develop a comprehensive skill set in both culinary preparation and guest service, providing a solid foundation for a long‑term career in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head chef in preparing, cooking, and plating menu items while adhering to standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the kitchen and service areas meet strict hygiene and food‑safety standards, including regular cleaning and proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to manage inventory, receive deliveries, and rotate stock to minimize waste.
- Welcome guests, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Respond to guest inquiries, handle special dietary requests, and resolve any service issues with empathy and speed.
- Maintain a tidy dining area, set tables according to the restaurant’s standards, and clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings.
- Participate in daily briefings, contribute ideas for menu improvements, and support special events such as banquets or holiday promotions.
- Work flexible hours, including the second day of Lebaran, to ensure uninterrupted service during peak festive periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 27 years or younger.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this role).
- Prior experience in a culinary or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during holidays.
