We are seeking a motivated Pengembang Aplikasi Mobile to join our fast‑growing SMD Farmasi team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high‑quality Android applications that support our pharmaceutical distribution network, streamline field sales processes, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy native Android applications using Kotlin/Java, following industry best practices and company coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and sales teams to translate business requirements into functional mobile features.
- Integrate APIs for inventory management, order processing, and real‑time sales tracking specific to the pharmaceutical market.
- Implement offline‑first capabilities to ensure field agents can operate without constant internet connectivity.
- Perform regular code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize app performance to meet latency and battery‑usage targets.
- Maintain documentation of architecture, data flow, and deployment procedures.
- Provide technical support and training for end‑users, including sales representatives and distributors.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging Android technologies, security standards, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
- Assist the sales department in creating in‑app tools for lead generation, target tracking, and incentive management.
- Participate in weekly sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical sales‑support roles, with hands‑on mobile development exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Android development, minimum device RAM of 4 GB, and familiarity with Google Play deployment.
- Valid motorbike and active SIM C license for field visits.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell ideas and solutions to internal stakeholders.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and a genuine willingness to work hard.
- Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales‑related targets.
- Analytical mindset for sales data interpretation and performance reporting.
