We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Karyawan Penjualan Konter Handphone to join our fast‑growing retail team. The successful candidate will be the front‑line representative of our phone outlet, helping customers find the right device, accessories, and service plans while delivering a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities
The primary duties of the Phone Counter Sales Associate include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greeting every customer with a friendly attitude and promptly assessing their needs.
- Demonstrating in‑depth knowledge of the latest smartphones, tablets, wearables, and related accessories.
- Providing clear explanations of product features, pricing, financing options, and warranty coverage.
- Upselling complementary items such as cases, screen protectors, and insurance plans to increase average transaction value.
- Processing sales transactions accurately using the store’s Management System and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) software.
- Maintaining an organized and visually appealing display of merchandise, ensuring stock is replenished and labeled correctly.
- Conducting regular inventory checks, reporting discrepancies, and assisting with stock‑taking procedures.
- Handling customer inquiries, returns, and after‑sales support, including troubleshooting basic device issues.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and participating in promotional events.
- Continuously updating personal product knowledge through training sessions and staying informed about market trends.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No specific restriction; applicants of all ages are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: None required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in using a store Management System and POS software.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with immediate availability.
