We are seeking a dedicated Facebook Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the point‑of‑sale (POS) and cash register system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience from entry to departure.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily cash drawers in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service area, complying with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to coordinate orders and manage peak‑hour traffic.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory checks, cash count, and report generation.
- Adapt to shift work, including split shifts, and remain effective under pressure during high‑volume periods.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service protocols.
- Uphold company standards of honesty, attentiveness, and responsiveness at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Prior experience in cash handling or cashier roles preferred; fresh graduates with strong aptitude are also welcome.
- Demonstrated good attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to understand and operate POS/cashier systems quickly.
- Willingness to work shift or split‑shift schedules and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Honesty, meticulousness, and quick responsiveness are essential personal qualities.
