Introduction
PT. Prima Clean Solutions is seeking a motivated and disciplined Supervisor Kebersihan Mobile to lead our mobile cleaning teams in the South Tangerang area. Responsibilities
- Develop, adjust, and communicate daily and weekly work schedules for a mobile cleaning crew of up to 10 members, taking into account client requirements, traffic conditions, and resource availability.
- Supervise on‑site cleaning activities, verifying that SOPs for sanitation, waste disposal, and equipment usage are strictly followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of each serviced location, using checklists to assess cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning tools, chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE); order supplies proactively to avoid disruptions.
- Provide hands‑on training and coaching for team members on proper handling of cleaning agents, equipment maintenance, and safe work practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing service complaints, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely resolution of any operational issues.
- Prepare concise daily and weekly operational reports, documenting completed tasks, incident reports, and recommendations for service improvement.
- Coordinate with the central management team to align mobile operations with broader company initiatives, such as sustainability programs and quality‑assurance audits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including proper use of chemicals, waste segregation, and vehicle licensing (SIM C / SIM A preferred).
- Promote a culture of teamwork, punctuality, and accountability among all crew members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field is highly preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience supervising cleaning services, facilities management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cleaning standards, proper use of equipment, and safe handling of chemical agents.
- Proven leadership and team‑coordination skills with the ability to motivate a mobile workforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to travel daily between client sites; possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C or SIM A) is a valuable asset.
- High level of discipline, assertiveness, and responsibility, with a focus on delivering consistent results.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience using database or reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset for operational problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
