Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Tomohon. This role is the front line of our commercial operation, responsible for driving revenue, building lasting customer relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across assigned territories, using both inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the local market of Tomohon.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to each client’s requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system, tracking leads, activities, and forecasted revenue accurately.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, reporting performance metrics to senior management.
  • Provide post‑sale support, ensuring smooth onboarding, addressing client concerns, and fostering repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in regular sales training, workshops, and industry events to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Operate effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities during peak sales periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably within consumer goods, retail, or B2B services.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written) and the ability to convey value propositions clearly.
  • Demonstrated honesty, accountability, and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, adapting to diverse personalities and work styles.
  • Resilience and composure when working under tight deadlines or high‑pressure situations.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM tools.
