Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Teacher for our Inclusive Education Program to join a forward‑thinking school that blends academic excellence with strong spiritual values. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, collaborating closely with school administrators, support staff, and families to ensure every learner receives personalized, high‑quality instruction.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons that accommodate a wide range of learning styles, including differentiated instruction for students with special needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with special‑education coordinators, parents, and therapists.
- Utilize Arabic language proficiency and Qur’an memorization (Syahadah or Sanad Al‑Qur’an) to integrate religious studies into inclusive classrooms.
- Apply innovative teaching methods, such as project‑based learning, technology‑enhanced instruction, and collaborative group work, to increase student engagement.
- Maintain meticulous records of student progress, attendance, and assessment outcomes, reporting findings to school leadership on a regular basis.
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops on inclusive pedagogy, classroom management, and curriculum design.
- Uphold school and foundation policies, demonstrating discipline, integrity, and a respectful demeanor at all times.
- Mentor junior teachers and assist in training sessions that promote inclusive practices across the institution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a linear field of study.
- Additional qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language or a recognized competency certificate.
- Possession of a valid Syahadah or Sanad Al‑Qur’an.
- Strong interpersonal skills: polite, well‑mannered, and able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
