Responsibilities

  • Waiter (Pelayan)
    • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
    • Take accurate food and beverage orders, suggest specials, and answer menu‑related questions.
    • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of dishes, and verify that orders are correct before serving.
    • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, reset tables promptly after guests leave.
    • Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
    • Process payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Kitchen Cook (Koki Dapur)
    • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
    • Manage mise en place, ensuring all ingredients are stocked, fresh, and properly stored.
    • Collaborate closely with fellow cooks and the head chef to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
    • Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and presentation to guarantee consistent taste and appearance.
    • Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, including proper sanitation of workstations and equipment.
    • Assist in inventory checks, report low stock, and suggest ordering improvements.
  • Cashier (Kasir)
    • Operate the POS system efficiently, accurately entering orders and processing payments.
    • Balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift, ensuring all transactions reconcile.
    • Provide friendly and swift service to customers ordering take‑away or paying at the front counter.
    • Handle refunds, gift cards, and promotional discounts according to company policies.
    • Maintain a tidy front‑of‑house area, including the waiting line and display of promotional materials.
    • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as daily sales reporting and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Age limit: up to 35 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
  • No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Excellent customer service attitude, with a focus on attentiveness and problem‑solving.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work the scheduled shift of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
