Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of pharmacy support activities, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Typical duties include:
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation, labeling, and dispensing of prescription medications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Operate pharmacy computer systems to enter prescriptions, verify patient information, and manage billing.
- Provide friendly, empathetic service to customers, answering basic medication queries and directing complex questions to the pharmacist.
- Ensure compliance with national drug regulations, safety standards, and internal SOPs.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with new drugs, therapy guidelines, and pharmacy technology.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and health education pamphlets for community outreach.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a recent graduate of SMK Farmasi.
