This role focuses on delivering high‑quality, small‑group tutoring sessions in the comfort of students’ homes. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and conduct group tutoring sessions for students of varying ages, adhering to the curriculum guidelines set by the institution.
- Assess individual learning needs through diagnostic tests, observations, and parent feedback, then tailor lesson plans accordingly.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods, such as games, visual aids, and technology‑enhanced resources, to keep lessons engaging and effective.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing regular performance reports to parents and school administrators.
- Maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom atmosphere, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and independent problem‑solving.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices, develop new instructional materials, and continuously improve the tutoring program.
- Ensure all teaching materials and equipment are prepared and transported safely to each home location.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality when interacting with families.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Education or a related field; a bachelor’s degree in Education is preferred.
- Residency or domicile in Kab. Jepara or surrounding areas.
- Strong pedagogical knowledge with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
- Patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility toward student success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Basic proficiency in digital learning tools and the ability to integrate them into lesson plans.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional adjustments based on family schedules.
