Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, convey special dietary requests, and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to portion standards.
- Monitor table conditions, anticipate guest needs, and respond swiftly to any issues or special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and restocking service items.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and accurately reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with fellow servers, hosts, and managers to achieve smooth floor operations and uphold service standards.
- Participate in daily briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new dishes, promotions, and service techniques.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including inventory checks, reporting any equipment issues, and securing the dining area.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑40 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Gender: Male (as specified by the hiring criteria).
- Prior experience in food & beverage service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak service periods.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies as needed.
