Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and target audience.
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish short‑form videos, reels, stories, and carousel posts for Instagram and TikTok.
- Write compelling copy, headlines, and calls‑to‑action that drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and the social media advertising team to ensure visual and messaging consistency.
- Monitor platform analytics daily, generate performance reports, and adjust tactics based on data insights.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging social media features, algorithm changes, and cultural trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and user‑generated content in a timely, brand‑consistent manner.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
