Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Crew Operasional Outlet to join our fast‑growing retail outlet in the Menur district of Surabaya. This role is the frontline of our sales and service operations, ensuring that every customer experience is smooth, hygienic, and memorable. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, hardworking male who can thrive in a dynamic, shift‑based environment, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system confidently, and maintain high standards of product quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and POS equipment accurately, handling both cash and electronic transactions.
- Serve retail customers and process large bulk orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and proper documentation.
- Maintain the hygiene and consistency of all food products, adhering to company SOPs and local health regulations.
- Provide friendly, proactive customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling when appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with team members during morning and afternoon shifts, while also being capable of independent decision‑making.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking shelves, and preparing merchandise displays to attract shoppers.
- Drive company vehicles for deliveries or stock transfers when required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the outlet manager.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, cleaning, and securing the premises.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by consistently delivering high‑quality service and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements
- Male candidate, minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Operational Production level of at least SMP).
- Experience with cash register or POS systems is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for morning or afternoon shifts (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Honest, diligent, and able to handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Basic driving skills are an advantage; candidates who can operate a company vehicle will be prioritized.
- Strong communication skills, a customer‑focused attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining product hygiene, safety standards, and consistent quality.
- Age requirement: no maximum age limit, but candidates should be fit for shift work.
