Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and engage both existing and potential customers to introduce the company’s product range, tailoring presentations to meet specific market needs.
- Generate orders through the designated distribution channels, accurately capture initial customer data, and verify all required documentation.
- Prepare and complete credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and coordinating with the finance team for swift approval.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers, and communicating final credit decisions clearly.
- Inform customers of payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, and follow up on outstanding invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee that product deliveries align with promised schedules.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline in the CRM system, generating regular reports on leads, conversions, and forecasted revenue.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs, feeding insights back to product development and marketing teams.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service throughout all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (Associate) or D4 (Bachelor) in any field.
- Age: maximum 30 years; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the same industry or a related distribution environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for negotiation and conflict resolution.
- High level of integrity, persistence, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving licence.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (MS Office, email) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adapt to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑16:00).
